Happy New Year! Only 12 days late for sharing my New Year’s Eve celebration lol I’m a bad blogger aren’t I?? (don’t answer that) My father in law’s birthday is December 31st, which is very convenient from a party standpoint, and this year he turned 60 (I mean, 49) so we had to really celebrate! We had a group of over 30 people celebrate at Hilton Waterfront’s big New Year’s Eve party in their new ballroom and it was fabulous! Full buffet, free-flowing champagne, and dancing made for a great end to 2017 (besides the fact that the DJ played a very anti-climactic last song of 2017. I literally couldn’t even tell you what it was). My beautiful bestie/ cousin finally moved down here too so she got to be there and of COURSE I got my first New Years smooch from my HUBBY!
So here’s to a productive, exciting, adventurous year filled with change, growth, lots of love, and lots of blog posts!! Off to a bit of a rough start with that last one but have no fear, I have lots of exciting things planned for this year……STAY TUNED!
